I inherited a mid-flight redesign/rearchitecture project that had stalled out. After diagnosing the challenges, I brought a user-centered approach to drive successful completion of the work.

John Deere was rapidly adding new UX talent as part of its digital transformation. I founded a UX Community-of-Practice to foster peer learning and support.

I led a cross-functional team on the redesign strategy for a marketing & fundraising website of a small non-profit. The project focused on content design, information architecture, and a visual brand refresh.
