John Deere was rapidly adding new UX talent as part of its digital transformation. I founded a UX Community-of-Practice to foster peer learning and support.
I led a redesign of the management queue for a John Deere dealer service app. Outcome: task speed increased 4X, redundant clicks reduced to 0, and user complaints disappeared.
Toothwisdom.org was hard to use and our web traffic reflected that. I led an end-to-end redesign from concept to design to code. Mobile traffic increased 33%; Unique users increased 15%.
